• How can I pay for your products?

• What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the majority of countries worldwide.

• Can I get free shipping?

We have free shipping for all orders above AED200.

• How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping expenses depend on the country you live in. The price will be shown to you before submitting the purchase during the checkout process.

• How long does the shipping take?

If you live in Dubai, we have same day delivery option available during your checkout on our website. If you live within the UAE, the shipping may take 3-5 business days. However, if you live across the ocean (the USA or Canada), it may take 7-15 business days for the parcel to reach you. Please keep in mind that times of delivery can be affected by the busy seasons such as Christmas or other holidays, which may cause a slight delay during such period.

• I have not received my order even though the estimated delivery time has passed. What do I do?

If your item is taking too long to arrive, please contact us (add link), and we will immediately offer you a solution.

• Can I get the tracking information?

We ship all of our orders with fully tracked mailing services, and you should have received your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

 

RETURNS

• I want to return the item. How can I do it?

Simply contact us (add link) with a reason for your return, and we will be happy to help. Note thay we only do exchange or credit notes. No refunds.
